UwAmp es un servidor completo con Apache MySQL PHP y SQLite (2 minutos)
Super facil de instalar con phpmyadmin y sqlite todo listo para funcionar.

Podemos ponerlo en produccion en un servidor dedicado?
Soporta virtualhosts?
Tampoco he encontrado la carpeta cgi-bin.

Yo diria que si es posible tenerlo en producción.
Lo estoy probando y no da problemas.
Tambien he visto que puedes crear virtualhosts con el botón "apache config"
